      Discussed at the Feb 12 TC call that the DocumentDistribution ABIE contains a number of elements that seem only useful for a paper document. Namely:

      • PrintQualifier
      • CopyIndicator
      • MaxCopiesMaxOriginals

      Can we deprecate these?
