QualificationApplicationRequest:

A document issued by a buyer defining how the Exclusion Grounds and the Selection Criteria should be addressed in a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) for a specific procurement.  

 

QualificationApplicationResponse:

A self-declaration of an economic operator, stating that it does not fall under the Exclusion Grounds and that it meets the Selection Criteria for a specific procurement.
