In European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) we have Part I, II, V, and VI that are partially covered by the UBL model.

We need to capture and store information from the Economic Operator that represents additional information. We need to capture the structure of the requested information and the corresponding answer. It is very similar with cac:TenderingCriterionProperty and should be a simplified version of the this element.

We propose to add the following elements to cac:Capability (see links bellow)

  • cbc:ID 0..1 -> Identifier
    The ID of the element identifying the position of the information in the structure of the Response
  • cbc:Name 0..1 -> Text
    The information requested from the Economic Operator
  • cbc:ValueResponse or cbc:ValueText 0..1 -> Text
    The response to the information requested from the Economic Operator
