For European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) we need to capture additional information from the Economic Operator. This information can be stored in the cac:Declaration of QualificationApplicationRequest and QualificationApplicationResponse.

We propose to add the ID element to cac:Description (see links bellow)

  • cbc:ID 0..1 -> Identifier
    Identifier for the Description in the structure of the response

This field is diferent from DeclarationTypeCode, but we can use this field if we extend the definition.
