During our Luxembourg face-to-face, the TC reviewed the contents of both the TenderStatus and TenderStatusRequest documents and confirmed that they are indeed about the tender procedure, not individual tenders. This mismatch between name and function creates confusion, as "tender" and "tendering" represent distinct concepts.
