      Description

      We have an Evidence ABIE, and we have a EvidenceSupplied ABIE with just one ID pointing to "the referenced evidence".

      EvidenceSupplied should be deprecated, and uses of the ABIE should be changed a SuppliedEvidence associations to Evidence.
