Better network identification than EndpointID needed

      The definition of Party. EndpointID is: "an identifier for the end point of the routing service". Discussed in Luxembourg that it is also necessary to know in which network the routing service is, and that we should possibly:

      1. Deprecate EndpointID
      2. Add a new ABIE with complete network identification.
