Add ActualPickupTransportEvent and ActualDeliveryTransportEvent as ASBIEs in Consignment

      The Consignment ABIE already has the following associations to TransportEvent:

      • RequestedPickupTransportEvent
      • RequestedDeliveryTransportEvent
      • PlannedPickupTransportEvent
      • PlannedDeliveryTransportEvent

      By adding similar associations from Consignment to Transport Event for actual pickup and delivery we will have a consistent representation that can be used by the Transportation Status document to describe when the consignment was picked up and delivered by a Transport Service Provider.
