      Code designating the allowance concerns goods, services or a mix of goods and services

      and

      A Document level charge goods/services code    
      Code designating the charge concerns goods, services or a mix of goods and services
          
      Likely beyond /Invoice/cac:TaxTotal/cac:TaxSubtotal

      A VAT breakdown goods/services code    
      Code designating the items concern goods, services or a mix of goods and services

      The fourth requirement on the item line level might be mapped to the following:
