• OfficeOfDestinationLocation
• OfficeOfImportLocation
• OfficeOfExportLocation
• OfficeOfTransitLocation

The definitions and use of these elements is not entirely clear. For example what is the difference between an "entry location" and an "import location", and what is the difference between an "exit location" and an "export location".
