cac:Consignment/cac:OfficeOfTransitLocation cardinality should be 0..n as a transport can pass through multiple countries.

      In version 2.5 the group cac:OfficeOfTransitLocation has been added in cac:Consignment.

      Cardinality for this is set to 0..1, but a transport can pass multiple countries on the way between exporting and importing country, so I would like to request a change from cardinality  0..1 to 0..n instead.
