Can we use the DigitalCapability document as TPA ?

      My question is, do we improve the DigitalCapability with an indicator such as TPAIndicator to assert a given DigitalCapability is representing itself a TPA or it is better to have a further document for this ?
      Maybe we should add some legal textual information, but the digital trading partner agreement details are all there...

      I found the DigitalCapability document is quite close to a TPA (Trading Partner Agreeement) or more precisely to an e-TPA.
