Add any new process flow swim lane diagrams

I'm adding this action item to remind people that we need swim-lane diagrams for Chapter 2 for any new document types in UBL 2.2 and any that are missing but could use them from UBL 2.1.

As I mentioned in the meeting of November 2, I will take on the responsibility to draw them out (thanks, Tim, for the software to work with that), but I need members to tell me what to draw.

The simplest is probably just to sketch out the diagram with pencil and paper and send me a photograph of what you've drawn. I'll take it from there.

Hopefully by making this easy for members we can get this task done quickly. Please let me know if you have any questions.
