      When setting up the queue memory, assume that memory accesses always happen with storage key 0.

      The spec currently does not give any consideration to s390 storage key handling. While we don't need to detail this for the channel commands in general (as this is already covered by the s390 channel I/O architecture), we need to make sure implementers are aware of it for queue memory.
