Add the following paragrpah to the "Bound" entry in table 1.6.

Bound also appears as an adjective applied to an element within a Bound Interval. An element may be expressed locally or inherited; the Bound Element refers to the Element and its value after processing rules are complete, i.e., a Bound Duration.
