All - the standard does not effectively address the time period definitions that are particular to the wholesale energy markets

I hope that the additional clarifications in the defintion of Intervals as components of relocatable sequences addresses this issue - but this is a guess. Perhaps the clarifications on the application of Granularity to Vavailability as guidance for market bidding does as well. Without guidance and/or specifics, that's all I can do. T
