Major Section 3, Streams jumps from 1st to 3rd level headings. It isn't clear to us whether section 3 is really meant to be a level 2 heading (2.3, Streams) or whether the sections beneath it are supposed to be level 2s (e.g. 3.1, UML Diagram of Stream).
