      The 1st point :
"The relationship of multiple independent XDI graphs is heterarchical. Although the context nodes within each XDI graph form a directed acyclic graph (a tree), of which the graph root node is the starting point, the root nodes of all independent XDI graphs are peers at the same level, and any peer may form the starting point for discovery of relationships with any other peer. This architecture is how the XDI graph model fulfills the No Central Authority design goal of "Contextual Identification"."

Beside being quite convoluted, this sentence is totally obscure as most of the concepts mentioned have not been defined yet.
Same applies, to a lesser degree, to point #2
