      Description

      In the section Normative references, the RFC Key words for use in RFCs to
      Indicate Requirement Levels is mislabeled as RFC 7303.
      It is referenced from wrong locations in the spec, but it correctly points
      to http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt

      On the other hand, the RFC XML Media Types is mislabeled as RFC 2119.
      It is referenced from the wrong locations in the spec and it also
      incorrectly points to http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt instead of RFC
      7303.
