empty Examples section in the ITS Module

      A three part solution is Proposed:

      1) Members (Felix et al.) should create complex examples for the ITS module

      • using <sm/> <em/> based annotations
      • ITS tools referencing
      • and other less obvious constructs..

      2) These examples can be either placed in the summary example section 5.9.13 or throughout the spec as illustrating features.
      The summary section would be suitable for complex, multi-feature examples and should be dropped if no such examples provided

      3) Get rid of occasional colons ":" at section title ends throughout module specs and of potentially empty example sections as necessary

      Description

      The title of the section 5.9.13 is "Examples:" it should be "Examples" (no ':').
      It is also with the extra ':' in the TOC at the top
      of the file.
      And the other problem of this section: There are no examples.
