      "Some of the entries in 1.2 and 1.3 have bold portions and others, from the same sources, do not.

      For example:

      [NAMESPACES] is completely in bold fact and yet [XML 1.0] is entirely in non-bold face.

      Unless the bolding it meant to communicate something I am missing, in which case it should be noted in the text, all references should have the same styling."
