      Regina Henschel:

      as action to OFFICE-3766 a wrong reference was corrected. But the problem with infix operators "=" and "<>" from that isseu was not solved properly.

      The problem was, that in the ODF 1.2 text (section 4.11.8, part 2):

      A value beginning with a comparator (<, <=, =, >, >=, <>). 6.4.9

      "=" and "<>" are not a 'comparator'.

      A correct solution might have been:
      A value beginning with a comparator (<, <=, >, >=). 6.4.9 or an infix operator (=, <>) 6.4.7 and 6.4.8

      But instead "=" and "<>" are removed from the list. That does not work, because the next sentences contain rules for them.
