          Hi Dave,

          I am writing you about the open TC Admin JIRA ticket https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-3012.

          As you may have seen, Robin is no longer with OASIS. I'm picking up the tickets he was working on.

          Robin's last note on the ticket says "Update this ticket if needed in connection with the companion spec development. Otherwise, Maintainer may agree to close." I also saw that he sent you a note suggesting adding another Maintainer to the repo.

          I can add more Maintainers anytime so no rush on that. Is there anything needed here or can I close out the ticket?

          Chet:  I think you can close the ticket. I need to populate the repo with the MD version of the document, but I think I can handle that (and Jason Romano has offered assistance if I need any). We'll eventually figure out a second maintainer, but right now I don't have an inkling of who that'll be so I'll just avoid buses. – Dave
