Tony Cox sent copy of draft TC charter (attached).

I'd like to stand up a new TC and have attached a charter agreed between the proposers - we have 3 existing OASIS member organizations confirmed and a few more in-waiting.

I've reviewed the TC process and the request forms and from what I can see I simply need to make the draft charter available to TC admin to kick-off the effort. Am I missing something on the procedural side?
If this email is sufficient, then awesome. If not, can you please let me know if there are any specific changes I need to make to the charter?

I would also be happy to copy my co-proposers on a more official request email if you would prefer that.

Also happy to discuss this via skype/phone if that's faster/easier.
