      Description

      Naming Directives should be updated to address several issues:

      • remove references and examples based on obsolete "csprd", "cnprd", and "cos" notation
      • clarify that URI-scheme XML namespaces may begin with either http: or https: (but not interchangeably)
      • mention that use of lower-case "version" in place of "stage" is allowed
      • Use "Project" rather than "TC"
      • Update links and descriptions for HigherLogic workspace
      • Rebuild the document in Markdown for simpler maintenance
