The @fo:min-height attribute is declared in the "ODF XSL compatible"
namespace, yet the schema fails to declare the "inherit" value types
necessary for compatibility with the W3C spec. The narrative text does
not mention this.
Furthermore, this attribute appears not to be usable with a percentage
values in certain contexts as declared by the schema (header/footer
properties), yet there is no mention of, or explanation for, this
incompatibility.
Regarding mentioning "inherit": That's a duplicate to
OFFICE-1498.Regarding "Furthermore, this attribute appears not to be usable with a percentage
values in certain contexts as declared by the schema (header/footer
properties), yet there is no mention of, or explanation for, this
incompatibility":
Whether it should be mentioned that percentage values aren't supported is the same as
OFFICE-1498.To provide an explanation for this seems to be outside the scope of a standard.
