Review comments received in ISO/IEC JTC 1 ballot on ODF 1.3 Parts 2, 3 and 4

      The Project Editors would appreciate the advice of the ODF TC on each comment as follows:

      1.  Is the comment accepted in principle? If yes, this would indicate a fix in ODF 1.5 at least.

      2.  Does the comment indicate a serious defect in ODF 1.3 that needs to be fixed in the OASIS edition by issuing an Erratum?

      3.  If 'yes' to Q2, does the comment affect ODF 1.4 as well and necessitate similar action?

      Comments have been received from Japan in response to the JTC 1 ballot on the ODF 1.3 PAS submission. There are comments on all balloted Parts (2, 3 and 4). The comments all relate to the external references cited in ODF 1.3. See attached comment documents.

      The Project Editors will need to respond to these comments by submitting a disposition of each comment in the right-hand column of each comment document. Typically, such dispositions will indicate whether the comment is accepted, accepted in part, or rejected, and what action if any will be taken.

      Note that purely editorial changes can be made to the text without requiring a further ballot before submitting the final text for publication.

      The ballot in JTC 1 closed on 14/Oct/25. Formally, the Project Editors have 12 weeks to respond.
